Schedules/ Shifts

We do not auto schedule your shift, we either request you to accept or decline or click the sign up button for the shift through StaffMates.  You as the staff have to either accept or decline the shift or click on the button to sign up for the shift and then wait on approval from company admin. 

 

Occasionally you might see a shift that requires a back up staff and you can request that if the rest of the available shifts for that event is full.  If you are signed up for back up staff and someone calls out or does a no call /no show, you will be placed onto the shift and will be expected to work the event. 

If you are back up and we do not call you because everyone showed up you will be paid 1 hour for accepting to be a back up and being available to work in case we needed you.

No Call/ No Show 

No Call/ No Shows put a strain on the whole event from the client's needs to other coworkers who signed up for the shift because now we are short on requested staff.  No call No show will not be tolerated!  If you do that you will no longer have a job with our company.

Shift Expectations

*Absolutely no cellphones or cellphone usage on the venue floor.  We understand sometimes you might have to take emergency calls, in those instances you will need to step outside and take the call and get back to the shift ASAP.  

*No excess talking to other co-workers during the shift.

*Start time is listed on the shift details.  That doesn't mean you arrive and look for parking at that time.   Looking for parking, walking from parking area or getting  your uniform on does not mean on time.  Please allow for all the extra time that might be needed by arriving ahead of time and being ready by the start time.  On Time for a shift is being inside the venue checked in with the event lead /client and ready to work.

Private House Party Expectations

*Park several houses down to allow the guest attending the party to park closer to the house. 

*Please stay in the designated areas.  You wouldn't want someone random to walk through your house, so only go to the areas of the house that staff are allowed at. 

*Please ask the host where trash will go when it's full, locations of extra trash bags, locations of staff bathroom and guest bathroom. 

*Do not take photos or videos of the house.
